Freethorpe Primary School – classroom

We chose this location because it looked like the stereotypical, children’s classroom due to the bright happy colours and decorations, the low tables and small chairs.

Tunstall Church – organ room, front door and pews

This church is very old, small and has a few ruins making it perfect for our trailer. We used the organ room because it had a really creepy vibe to it, a big heavy door and an old box in which we put the pendant.

Reedham Church – graveyard and front door

The graveyard was brilliant for our running scenes because it was so long and slightly winding, leading to the church with old gravestones on either side of the path.

Maia’s garden – tree

We needed to find a tree with a large, sturdy branch for Iona (Victoria) to hold onto in order to film her legs swinging, suggesting hanging and this one was ideal.

College – photography suite

In order to take photographs for our posters and magazines and some footage for the trailer, we used the college suite as we could adjust the lighting and there was no background noise.
